At this moment in time, I'm using CrazyCall as the SaaS telephony solution and I'm impressed with it. It's a totally different way of communication with your customers. When you can make and take successful local and international sales calls with competitive international rates from all over, optimize and analyze them in real time to speed up ROI of call campaigns. This tool has many useful features like organizing and analyzing sales calls with live daily dashboards and a wide range of historical exportable reports. It gives us the possibility of seeing how many success our sales reps handled, average working time and much more. And one more thing, it can perfectly integrate into a workflow. Using CrazyCall API and Zapier integration we can transfer our data between accounts, external apps and CRMs.

When I started working, we used CrazyCall as our VOIP, and a large amount of people say that they barely hear me and I lose a lot of opportunities because of that. But not everyone, I called my father with CrazyCall and he says it sounds great, he couldn't tell if I was calling with my phone or with a headset. I'm not sure what exactly the ratio of people that have trouble hearing me and those who don't have that problem. So, it seems like this problem is only sometimes (often). So, I just don't get what's wrong, no one else seems to have as much problems with VOIP(CrazyCall) as I do. But I sound great when I just record myself to the computer or use Discord.
