Things I liked: Simple Clean design Sub-folder organization Full text search. Things I didn't like: To edit or create documents, you need to load a URL into word. i don't see lawyers doing this. Multiple lawyers will be difficult with the organization structure. Defeats the point of integrating all documents and making them easily searchable.

This looks to be one of the better ones I have seen so far. Although, it is lacking the familiar file/folder organization in the law context.
