Benefitfocus is another benefits enrollment platform that has both decision support, videos, analytics and employee enrollment. Instead of having to have a benefits enrollment platform and Alex you can have a single solution that has a video option to help make it easy for employees to understand. This is what we use at our company of about 1700 employees and they love it. Especially the mobile app, they can enroll in their benefits and make decisions with their family because it is available anytime.
