I use AVG just because it's free and fairly reliable. If you are looking for an antivirus with higher security you would need to buy one. If you are buying one you should try AVG Premium or Norton. I have Windows 10, Lenovo. If you are looking for a free antivirus and you come across BullGuard, do not get it. It is not worth your time. I had it in my early years of experience.

I used AVG at one time and it worked well, but it’s kind of a resource hog. I switched to using Malwarebytes years ago and haven't had any malware in years. I run it along with Windows Defender, but I’ve never had Defender catch anything before Malwarebytes did.
